This St. Louis Master Gardener will take you through a fun filled exercise on how to design a perennial garden, and the pitfalls to avoid. She will simplify plant selection and landscape design to a practical and attainable level.

Tuesday, May 5 from 6:30 – 7:30 pm in the Community Room
Master Gardner Alice Mitchell

This demonstration will cover how to grow vegetables and flowers without all the hassles (rabbits, weeds, slugs, etc.) by planing in gutters. Gutter gardens are especially for those who cannot bend, squat, or kneel for any length of time. Demonstration will include gardening by hanging planters on fences, trellises, or from a deck or balcony.
