Monthly Parent Discussion Group: Youth & Media

The use of digital media, including interactive and social media, has grown, and research evidence suggests that these newer media offer both benefits and risks to the health of children and teenagers. Renee will lead discussions on challenges youth face from constant media connection, help find solutions that work for your family, including creating a media plan, and help caregivers become a digital media role model.

No registration required. Open to all caregivers of 4th graders and up.

Caregivers can attend this discussion group while the kids attend the youth program–Coding, Robotics, & Web Design.

Children over the age of ten years may attend youth programs w/o their caregiver present.
