We are looking for volunteers to perform their work in front of a live audience.
There will be a 30 minute open mic session, before the Riverwind Storytellers take the stage.
Stage time is limited up to 5 minutes and material should be family friendly.

Sign up will available at 5:30 pm the night of the performance.

 

What is Spoken Word?

Spoken Word: a definition

A broad designation for poetry intended for performance. Characterized by rhyme, repetition, improvisation, and word play. Spoken word can draw on music, sound, dance, or other kinds of performance to connect with audiences.
